Thank you to Dr. Jeff Mishlove for forwarding the invite to stop by for a chat. - 25 years as a broadcaster - radio interviews, news anchor, jock/announcer, voice overs....  the internet is a wonderful place to explore new opportunities to connect - and to create new reminders to enjoy life in the moment. We are a blip on the radar of eternity.

Talking to Nightlights - A Reader's Review and Encounter:


The night I received Wendy Garrett's book, "Talking To Nightlights" was somewhat interesting. I had just watched the movie, "The Illuminaries" so I was already in an altered state of love conciousness. Wendy's book stayed on a table nearby while I checked emails first. The overhead lights kept flicking on and off in an annoying way, I thought the lights were about to burn out. You can imagine my surprise when I started reading the book!


Her book was fascinating to me because it will leave you with a secure feeling that there is a divine being that watches and protects us. This is a book that you will reread many times and get a clearer message the second time around. My favorite lesson from the light was, "Your society is fractured due to your fondness for labels. It gives people reasons to distance themselves before knowing anything about another person."

Good job Wendy!

I have to add - I wrote the book - and because the material is channeled - I still find something new every time I read it. It is surprising to me that I could have written so much without really having thought about it first. The information we have access to in that state is incredibly illuminating and wonderfully life affirming.

As I continue to explore my connection with the nightlight Energy,  each day is a wonder. We are so fortunate to exist in a world of unlimited potential. Nothing is impossible. The Mystery of it all is what makes life interesting.

Two websites are up and going - will narrow the focus now to keep each from duplicating the other. Petsense.com is a joint blog venture with a Vet  - we are tweaking it and working to see how we can offer our input.

He does the traditional Q & A and I opt for the Inuitive Q & A -- based upon a radio show we did for a couple of years that had a great track record....unfortunately, it was also a pay as you go show and while the ratings and reviews were wonderful, we didn' have the sales force to back it up. And so it goes. 

Wendys CoffeeHouse is a lifestyle, information site...keeps me up on my news writing...but those darn typos still creep in...spell check will be a success when it does my typing for me....  

My Talking to Nghtlights blogspot and Talking to Nghtlights wordpress sites are still the primary focus for the book sales but I am now adding teaching and coaching to the list and just going with the flow. There is so much information that can be added in regard to improving our ablty to manifest....so I am adding input to that. Classes start in sept with Open Circle Online. 

Am part of an event Tomorrow night 7/17/07 at The Tivoli in Westport (MO) -- The screening of Living Luminaries. Hope to make some new connections...in addition to those I have already encountered by agreeing to be part of the event!

Joined Zaadz yesterday. I had been checking in occasionally but didn't sign up until I saw a bio/blog on Katrina Mayer. That clicked and I signed on.

Today, as I am going about the business of preparing a column on Intuition for an upcoming position, I run across Jeffrey Mishlove and see I spelled his name wrong....
some things spell check can't correct!  I then find his Zaadz blog.

Circles and interwoven threads. Now on to more connections. I am in the right place at the right time and, for now, enjoying the scenery. 

I am looking forward to exploring the community here! I already have a couple of blogs to keep me busy so I am not sure I will be able to update this too frequently but --- we'll see.
